In the Middle of…
Life is what happens when you’re making plans about plans you’ve been making while others unravel and well.. ummm Life Happens! Flow with it and grow!
In the Middle of... Michael Romani Life.. is as beautiful Sometimes.. even wonderful Then other times horrible Feeling less than honorable As we decide to make it Live this gift genuinely Please never fake it Live this gift lovingly As it meant to be Focus on the joy and love While breath of life comes from above In the middle of all this sighing In the middle of all of this crying We can either live each moment Or be lost in the torments There in all these voices We find so much of this is our choices We are to be enamored with living Loving, laughing, always forgiving Or, we could give up trying And find we have chosen the path of dying Spend every day striving to feel good Dreaming the dreams you know you would If you believed they could be true You'd be surprised at how many come to you Here I stand being told of my remission And I choose this moment to remember my mission All of this healing and life filled with connection Caught up in all of its best interconnections Living each moment in hope, faith and love Remembering each day is a blessing from above Here in all of our infinite possibility Ours is to live life to our fullest capability No longer sucked into the abyss of fear But knowing we can and will persevere I have learned of these things in loving you And in so doing will live my debt of gratitude (c) June 18, 2019 Michael Romani All Rights Reserved

Entanglement
Some folks talk about degrees of separation. Others of an overarching oneness.
Entanglement by Michael Romani In entanglement we find our connection Though the miles apart make it hard for detection There is inside of you the very heart of me And inside of me, my heart beats at your possibility There has been a sense of oneness in us all Available to tap into if we'll but recall But, there is also the a certain sense to the Big Bang That magic moment when the universal bell rang While we are separated by physical distance I must set out with the greatest insistence That we are all part of one energy And that through this we may find synergy Science cannot understand this yet Still, witnesses to this find they cannot forget All this healing comes from the Divine Faith in God brings about the sublime Tears of love come to anxious eyes But the relief found should be no surprise Finding the truth in there is not trying There is only do; choosing to live and not dying Finding the faith in what we can do To disrupt disease and face me and you A hallowed feeling felt deep within our souls The entanglement finds its own way to console Each day lived becomes its own celebration Each path walked, walked with fascination There is so much to live for in this together Each step closer brings us to that something better (c) June 17, 2019 Michael Romani All Rights Reserved

Quietude Reclaimed
It’s all about connection isn’t it?
Quietude Reclaimed by Michael Romani Take a moment to connect In a mind and body redirect Finding ourselves a sense of peace When we take our cares and release All the tension kept inside Letting this go to then confide That be it nature or meditation We need these moments of remediation The suggestion made we ought to listen That learning to destress needs our attention In releasing the toxins of fight or flight We might finally set our hurts to right Peace it seem can be truly found When we quiet our minds of all things around Healing can be found through visualization The key lies within our quiet imagination What we can imagine and can visualize We can influence inside our mental eyes Every trainer knows this useful physiology That what we think and conceive effects our biology There lies a partial secret of turning illness Into the much needed picture of innate wellness Finding in this as we dare to speak this We can find strength in our weakness...
